Asked me for photos taken when it arrived, but the damage only showed when it was powered up. And I had been told originally to return it immediately. Feels like they asking for lots of photos and details (like what it was packed it - bearing in mind they sent it) to set up a "gotcha" and I get nothing. Not their fault it was damaged in transit, but is their fault setting all sorts of impossible conditions.
