Quick processing and good communication - informed of posting, delivery - arrived on the earliest days of the estimated delivery dates, via Aramex in vacuumed pack. Fast delivery but the packaging was not great and the book was damaged. I messaged Nile and they were very quick to help solve this issue. To save me money in returning the large book Nile gave me a partial refund to help compensate for the book. I'm very happy with Niles response and I recommend this seller. Hopefully they improve their packaging to stop books moving around inside the box packaging.
