Seller listed the stamps having a $120 catalog value, and when I provided him the actual value, he responded back with "maybe old value or error". However, this was still a needed purchase for the money. Thanks!

But the USPS took 7 days to deliver this item that I had paid $7 S/H to seller for mailing and that shipper had arranged to be sent "Priority Mail" mailing, so I am disgusted by the delivery service that USPS (and their "Informed Delivery" tracking service, which is neither). I encourage all eBay buyers to beware of so-called "Priority Mail" over-charge for 2nd rate service by USPS!

The plate block in the ad was the exact same one as shown in the ad. It was packaged very well to avoid any damage from bending or moisture.
