I was delighted to receive details that it had been dispatched quickly using FedEx and I was able to track my parcel all the way from Japan to the UK, with it arriving on 7th August, ahead of the estimated window. The item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service.

After receiving the item I contacted the seller again to return the item which I was finally able to do after several back and forth conversations with them. It was a bit of a hassle but was finally able to return it for a full refund. The seller even provided a return label so all in all I was happy with the outcome. Thank you nihonmono.shop and Ebay
