  First this seller is highly ethical and honest. She was honest about a weight discrepancy for one of the crystals I ordered. S/he explained it was an error on their part before the crystal cluster even arrived! S/he worked things out with me to my full satisfaction. In fact s/he went above and beyond and was very concerned that I would be satisfied!!! And the crystals I ordered from this seller were exactly as described so I am very very pleased with my purchases. Thank you pioshucrystal!!!!!

  I'd like to say that item was received and arrived as described however on this particular occasion item was received bigger and better than I could have hoped for as the seller had a natural disaster occurring on they're watch when the time came to processing the item and unfortunately for the seller they had lost a great majority of their possessions and stock although fortunately for myself seller did everything necessary to satisfy me by offering me a beautiful piece at least twice the size

  This item was well packaged and arrived in great shape. I really appreciate the seller's prompt answer to my question. The agate is definitely much better than the picture and I am delighted with it.
