I was delighted to receive details that it had been dispatched quickly using FedEx and I was able to track my parcel all the way from Japan to the UK, with it arriving on 7th August, ahead of the estimated window. After receiving the item I contacted the seller again to return the item which I was finally able to do after several back and forth conversations with them. It was a bit of a hassle but was finally able to return it for a full refund. The seller even provided a return label so all in all I was happy with the outcome. Thank you nihonmono.shop and Ebay
