    One of the most outstanding sellers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Item was exactly as described (perfect) and delivery time was twice as fast as promised. When I received the pen I decided it wasn't exactly what I needed - no fault of the pen! - and the seller very politely and efficiently explained how to return it. Received the full refund within a couple of days. The transaction could not have been better! I will make every effort to buy from this seller again in the future.

    The fountain pen arrived a week early - real good shipping! It arrived without issue because it was packed very well and all pieces, including the converter and cartridge, were included. Received a extra present with the pen - a book mark - nice touch Specified in the order the color of the pen and the seller communicated swiftly that they would send me the correct color, which is what happened. Very content with the seller - excellent service all around.

    Received the pen in the exact nib size I wanted and in new condition as promised. The pen was shipped swiftly and with very good packaging to prevent damage. Everything including the box was sealed. Can't be any more satisfied than this! From my experience, this is a seller that you can trust, and I'd be happy to buy from them again as they take very good care in shipping your pen!
