This product is NOT honestly described. The "3.3 Inch" pad is actually about 1 inch thick and provides NO cushion or comfort at all. I would not recommend this product to anybody based upon the false representation in the listing. I passed on several other options because this one CLAIMED to have thicker pad. I trusted the ad to be an accurate description of what I was getting. Further, even with this thin pad there is no way both the cot and the pad will fit inside the carrying bag. Bad seller!

I liked this store! They were super fast with their shipping and I got cot so my kids don’t have to sleep on the floor anymore in my room when they get nightmares. My bed I just did not have enough room for both 9 year olds and now one can sleep on the cot which is super easy to unfold and fold up again. I can store it right in the middle closet and the pad just put with the blankets so everything is very convenient for us with this cot and mattress pad. Yah no more back aches! The quality nice!

Two different chairs were offered in the same listing and I ordered the wrong one. My fault. Wanted to exchange it for the other one, but free return shipping wasn't offered so I have to keep it. I don't feel positive about the whole thing but will leave positive feedback because it wasn't their fault. Small company can't afford free returns so make sure you order the correct one.

It arrived on time, and packaging was good. I still haven’t been able to put it together. The instructions are just small images. There are no words or steps to describe how to put the kennel together. So, yes, I would say worse than IKEA. That is how I have been describing it to everyone.
