So I was bracing for the item arriving damaged or punched through the box and beat up. It shipped and arrived quickly, and to my amazement, it arrived in a very heavy duty double corrugated box with thick paper insulation packed tightly to secure it from moving around. It's clearly obvious that these guys know what they're doing and take pride in providing good service. A+
