    item as described, fast shipping. good ebayer. two recommendations: please use more bubble wrap when packaging this type of items, as it appears that the USPS may have dropped the box somehow along the shipping process and the item arrived dented. the other recommendation is to see if you can ship this type of items using a different carrier. having said so, I recommend this ebayer.

    Great customer service! Beautiful pieces arrived well packaged, but still a couple were broken. Seller gave partial refund so I was able to keep and enjoy the pieces that did arrive safely. Friendly, quick response, easy to work with. Would not hesitate to buy from again.

    My overall experience with this seller was positive. The item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It did arrive broken but I do not think that was the fault of the seller but the fault of the postal service. I took pictures and sent them to the seller and they refunded me in full and very quickly with no issues. I would buy from them again.
