Dispatch was fast, packaging a bit light but adequate, and communication with the seller was polite and almost immediate. This kind of mistake seems to happen quite often with multi-piece sets bought from the really big sellers but it is usually sorted out quickly as was the case here.

My reservation is that one of the skeletons was missing an arm. I contacted the seller on the issue, but I've received no response. Apart from that, a good transaction. And the skeleton missing an arm doesn't look so bad now that I've given it hair and a weapon (see second picture). So, on balance, I'm leaving positive feedback.
