Their reply was, the item is on its way. Long and short, they won't send a label out for you to return the top. To return the top is nearly the price of the item. In the end I took half refund, it's wrong as I've got a top that's no good. Terrible customer service, don't waste your money.

Contacted them to get my money back which they tried to firstly only offer a partial refund and for me to keep the tops . Then to only refund me £4.00 when I brought two for £8.80 .
