I’ve searched for months for a particular pinstriped suit. I finally found it at The Suit Depot. Though not my size, I bought the next size up then returned it because of the costly alterations. A sales manager called me whose name is Kirk. He asked me how he may be assistance. In a crowded online market it’s rare to hear a live person. Kirk found my suit and shipped. Great thanks to Kirk, Great Company!

They shipped one and said the other would come later. They never shipped the second suit and told me they never even had it. I sent back the first suit and requested a full refund since I had already paid for both. I confirmed the amount with them and they only refunded for one suit and still never refunded me for the second suit that never was shipped.
