Unfortunately, there was a problem with the book (a misprint). But the seller exhibited excellent communication and was very willing to accept a return and replace it with the same book in a similar condition (but without the misprint, of course). Sent out the replacement super fast and included a shipping label for the return. I'm happy with the replacement. This A+ seller definitely won a repeat customer.

This seller worked with me to combine shipping on two items purchased at the same time, refunding me the cost of shipping for the second item, and was quite helpful during the time that I was shopping for the books. Good communication and good responsiveness on the part of the seller. Some problems with the grouping of purchases due to the Ebay tool which led to an increase in shipping costs and a difficulty at customs to manage this import which caused 2 weeks of delay. Thanks to Chris Korczak, who is an excellent seller, I recommend!
