    I have purchased 3 watches from Ryan with this being the first. Upon receipt, I noticed that the hands were slightly offset to the face (from an amateur's vantage point). Ryan was great to communicate with and more than exceeded any customer service expectations most would have. He was kind to allow me to send the watch back so he could repair.
