Terms and conditions of our return policy
 
Returning product due to changed mind
 
You may return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note by original condition we mean the item must be in all of the original packaging and labels must be in good condition so the product can be resold at full price. The product must not be used. We will provide a refund ensuring your product meets our terms and conditions. After 30 days from the purchase date you are no longer eligible for a refund, in the event the item is returned after this time frame you can claim store credit from our website only, this will be for the same value as when purchased.
 
Faulty items
 
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary. By faulty we mean unusable, broken or not as described. After 30 days from the purchase date we have statutory rights to refuse a refund in order to attempt to repair or replace the item. Only after this attempt can a refund be given. Any product within our warranty period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
Postage
 
Our return process is free for the return of damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to obtain prepaid details. Postage is to be paid by the customer if you are returning an item due to a change of mind. We do not reimburse postage fees, if you encounter a fee at your local post office or parcel shop we will not be held liable for this.
 
Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. Please note once you complete the checkout process and submit payment, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.
If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment as this is not possible after. You can do this on the item's checkout page, you'll see a 'Change Postal address' option on the 'Review your purchase' page, click this link to change your postal address. You must do this before you finalise payment during checkout.

    Very fast delivery. Arrived looking dented in the box and replaced sellotape ending. Indeed had a part missing I believe. But delivery man too fast to explain too. Anyway the item could not be assembled or used for purpose. Seller fast to provide free post return address and refunded immediately on receipt of postal info. Super impressed. Many thanks. Can’t recommend service enough.

    Ordered 2 of these, one for the packages was damaged and therefore some of the pieces were missing, thus was the couriers fault,contacted seller and they very promptly sent me another complete replacement, great service. Would definitely recommend this seller. Thanks again.

    Great value for the price! I paid £40 for the item. Unfortunately, one of the parts arrived damaged. However, I contacted customer service, and they promptly resolved the issue (partial refund). Their customer service deserves a 5-star rating. I would definitely recommend them!
