My product came in new but missing several parts and hardware pack. I emailed for just the hardware and was told it shipped through their supplier and I'd have to send pics of the packaging that's already torn up and wait for response. I needed this part quick and complete, didn't get that so installed myself. Does not look good compared to what I expected. I do not recommend.

FedEx dipped and dodged the issue but the seller was excellent about making it right and handling the claim process he overnighted me a replacement and it arrived in perfect condition a plus seller best I've ever worked with.
