      This seller stands by what they sell. When I received the camera it was not working perfectly as the item had been described. I contacted them with the issue and they paid to have it shipped back to them where they then had the camera repaired. I received it back in perfect working condition. I would have no issue buying from this seller again.

      Item as described and working ok. Packing poor for an item of tis price range and fragility. Shipping time is just too long and it is painful to monitor the endless delivery process with the item being sent from one place in the US to the next. It is obvious that Ebay is making a lot of money with the shipping and ripping buyers off by charging express prices for snail post. This is one of the reasons I avoid buying from the us as it takes 3 weeks to arrive in New Zeland. Japan = 1 week.
