However, the shipper made a label on July 8 but didn't get it out the door and moving until 3 days later, which sent it into the next week for arrival to me to repair the trailer. All the while ebay is indicating that "It Has Shipped !!" which is highly deceiving, since only a label had been created. I never received any communication about this delay from the shipper either...
