It arrived without any damage, but I would have liked the item to have been wrapped in bubble wrap or surrounded by shipping peanuts in case it got tossed around a lot. It was placed in a Ziploc bag and then placed in the box. Everything is intact, so I won't complain. It is dusty as mentioned, but I can easily clean her up.
