However, the pumps were poorly packed for shipping (too much free space in a shipping box), though the seller was specifically instructed to carefully prepare the package for shipping. As a result the package was damaged during transport and needed to be repacked by carrier. The contents were also damaged. Specifically, some of the electronic components were broken or torn off the PCB and needed to be resoldered.
