I received the shipment pretty fast. It was sent via UPS and eBay emailed me tracking updates. The mousepad has a small chip in it on the side, but the manufacturer is known to occasionally have imperfections, so it isn't the seller's fault. I would buy from this seller again.

Only issue i had was the classification of the item, i bought 2 packs from another seller who classified them properly so they showed up with no issue or hidden fees. This one was labelled as 'special classification' for merchandise at customs which resulted in having to pay another almost 50% of the original item cost in duties, fees, PST, GST, and a whole second charge of shipping and handling fees which was a pretty bad deal.

The vinyl came in a cardboard sleeve and then a bigger box with bubble protection around the sleeve. The vinyl came with no dents, brand new had a gorgeous signed insert as stated. So thankful to have bought from a seller that ships so carefully. I greatly appreciate it. Very fast shipping and highly recommend. Will buy from again in the future!
