    After being slightly unhappy with the product, the seller went out of their way to ask my opinion on the trimmer, it was slightly different to what I expected so the seller sent me out a better item than I originally ordered completely free of charge! You can't ask for much more than that, I'm not one to leave feedback but that is fantastic customer service, which is a rarity these days
