    I ordered an item that already had some flaws (the post described and showed them). When I received it, I could see that it was the item, but not the one on the pic because the flaws were different and more obvious. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pictures. She was quick and courteous to respond, and very apologetic. She tried to locate that item, but couldn't, so she refunded my money, but let me keep the item for my trouble. 10 out of 10 customer service!!!

    If you are debating on purchasing UGG's from this seller you definitely should! I ordered two pairs which got shipped and delivered in extremely reasonable time. The two pairs of UGG's came in brand new boxes showing no signs of wear to the packaging or shoes themselves. I saved almost $100 by purchasing from this seller which was great! The two pairs also both came with the care and warranty registration slips. Definitely will be purchasing from this seller again!

    In more than 20 years of buying on eBay, this was the most perfect purchase I’ve ever had!!! My item was a thin antique book that most sellers would have shipped in a flat box or envelope, which could easily be bent leading to a damaged book. Best.store.ever.yay, is the exception, my book was placed in a padded envelope, then was firmly secured in a large box, making it virtually near impossible to become damaged! It was shipped super quick and received exactly as described. Best Seller Ever!!!
