    I asked before purchasing but their response was vague (just say yes or no, is that hard?). The product is probably ok but I would have bought the ones that came with ball joints. I don’t want to spend $100+ more for separate components because of their lack of ability to communicate. They would not even waive the restocking fee. Horrible customer service! Ended up calling me patronizing names instead of just making it right. Highly disappointing.

    poor service-I ordered parts because they are high quality-parts never arrive when they say 'shipped'-not true-then blame it on the postal service when all they do is create a shipping label-tracking says label created and usps awaiting -that is blaming o the post office when it has not been sent-sad a quality parts place can make parts but cant put them in a box-then I say dont want a refund just want parts so no parts and a refund-then say about 3 days to refund? It didnt take 3 days to pay
