    The stamps received are as shown, but with wrong cat value they arrived right on time, and they were protected from damage during the pricey shipping charges (Forever stamp plus the 4 cents on the postal stationary, which was the shipping envelope, versus $3.00 shipping charge). Seller listed the stamps having a $120 catalog value, and when I provided him the actual value, he responded back with "maybe old value or error". However, this was still a needed purchase for the money. Thanks!

    I am extremely pleased with the plate block I purchased from Anthony's. The plate block in the ad was the exact same one as shown in the ad. It was packaged very well to avoid any damage from bending or moisture. Price was very reasonable and item shipped to me quicker than expected.     Stamp delivery was as scheduled. Stamp was as described. Shipping was timely and reasonable. The Vendor was proactive in keeping me informed, was responsive to any questions I might have had and had good communications.
