This high-performance product offers 15,000 RPM spindle speeds with a transfer rate of 300 Mbps of data. Users can use the Seagate Cheetah 15K.5 internally by connecting their computer using a SCSI, SCSI Ultra 320, or the SAS Interface.The Seagate ST3146855SS is fully compatible with the Serial Attached SCSI standard. Performance numbers grow with the type of drive bay used. This hard drive is forward compatible with new hardware standards, which also makes it useful for RAID assemblies.
