Movies had very soft plastic cases, there was a crease mark on the back of one of the cases, which left a mark on the 4k disc. Disc played ok however. Normal strength cases would help protect the discs better. Also the discs were rattling around in the box when opened, as the central holder seems to not hold the disc very tightly.
