I purchased a Stewie the Seagull and made an error with my shipping address so I did not receive it. Then I ordered another one with the correct address which I have since received and he's really soft and beautiful quality as Douglas are (I collect). The customer service was excellent in helping me receive a full refund for the one I did not receive, directing me to the eBay customer service to ensure I got the shipping refunded as well (I'm international). Overall great experience.

Fantastic Etsy Shop owner - item was packed as if it was being shipped so carefully - to prevent any potential shipping damage. Thank You - SUPER-FAST - INSURED shipping - especially with USPS - reliability is not as it should be - many uninsured items have arrived damaged - shop owners and customers must resolve it between themselves to compensate for the USPS poor service.
