    One of the most responsive sellers I've ever encountered. One of the dishes broke during packaging and she offered me a partial refund which more than covered it. Also, I moved recently but accidentally still had the old house as the shipping address - she corrected it and saved me a lot of hassle trying to retrieve the package.
