THE BRAKE HOSES I WAS SENT FOR MY TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. HAD THE WRONG BANJOS CONECTOR ON THEM. I OFFERED TO PAY THEM AGAIN TO PUT THE CORRECT ONES ON. BUT THEIR COMMENT WAS WE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THESE. TOYOTA REFUSED TO PUT THEM ON. AND I PERSONALLY DO NOT WANT THEM ON. THERE IS NOT WAY TO TIGHTEN THEM DOWN IN PLACE AND KEEP THEM FROM BEING KNOCK LOOSE . BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT TANG ON THEM.

The Banjo fitting is as described in the picture, and it does not have the hook in Banjo. Techna Fit does not lines with banjo fitting with the hook at the end, and have sold thousands without any issue. We spoke to the customer prior to purchasing, after receiving the item, and explained the banjo to the customer. Customer already knew about Toyota's view on the fitting, but still took it in hoping that Toyota would install the lines. We called customer, but he said we were not transparent.
