Told the seller the problem with the belt and what needed to be repaired in a message prior to sending and also included a note in the box with the belt of needed repairs. Seat belt came back having no repairs done and still does not retract. This seller's communication was poor throughout the transaction. The fleet vehicle this belt belonged to sat out of service for a long period of time waiting for the belt to ship to and from seller. Please don't get scammed, buy a new seat belt.
