Combine Postage:

Returns & Refunds:

We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided that they are faulty or in resalable condition with original tags and packing. Please contact us by eBay messaging system for the returns procedure & address. We do not offer free returns service so customer will bear all the cost of returns. Refunds will be issued for the sale price of items only. Please send the items back to us by a traceable method because sometimes item get lost in the post & if we will not receive your item then we will not be able to issue refund. Royal Mail has increased the prices of postage but you can buy from us 40-50% discounted postage to return your items which you have ordered wrongly. We will send you prepaid postage by email & you just need to print & paste it.

Item Not Received:

All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Normally 80% people receive their items within 3-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end. All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient.

In the meantime please check with your local sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address/size/colour to issue a replacement or a refund whichever is preferred by you. Good way to store paperwork. Firm but flexibl plastic cover and good quality pockets. Noter: I wish you would stock more colours but only blue and black were on offer unless I bought folders with the rather garish 'tropical' artwork which I did not want.
