Dealer charged $395 to say, "yup. that's the problem & we cannot get the part." VERY depressing. Ordered from ACR & gave them specific info; they asked for more specifics. Part arrived & took our local repair guy less than an hour to install. PERFECT - it truly is customized for our car!

I called A.C.R. at their toll free number and spoke with a representative about my issues. They were apologetic and agreed that the best thing was to issue a full refund. I am disappointed that the PCM did not work as advertised BUT their Customer Service is outstanding. I am sure this is the reason that they have 98% positive feedback.
