    We submitted an offer for the item and the seller accepted and we paid successfully. Then we receive a note from the seller saying they could not proceed with the order because we had accidentally selected European delivery instead of to the USA. But instead of letting us change or fix it to continue the purchase, the seller just cancelled the whole order. We sent numerous messages kindly asking how to still purchase the item, but unfortunately the seller has not responded to any.

    We canceled the order because once it's made with a certain address, it cannot be changed. We didn't accept your offer because, to send an art piece outside the EU, it needs to get the approval of the Department of Cultural Heritage here in Italy, and the price didn't support this kind of extra work. We are sorry for this negative experience, but we did provide a full refund. We think that leaving this kind of feedback just because you didn't get the item you wanted is very rude on your part.
