  The wardrobe has a good design, decent size, and clear instructions. However, the material quality is average and the craftsmanship could be better. Delivery was incomplete at first (2 of 3 boxes), but customer service quickly resolved it and the missing box arrived the next day. One shelf had no holes, but again, support responded fast and provided a solution. Reasonably priced wardrobe with excellent customer service.

  Bed arrived with side panel damaged in transit. I could not fault the seller for speed of sorting the problem out. They replaced the damaged parts straight away. They were very supportive and I would highly recommend this seller. Bed very good product and very reasonable price. I would buy from them again.   Great seller Had a couple of Issues with the chair but was quickly sorted by myself. Instructions not very clear but again sorted out with an email to the seller, to which I had prompt reply's Quality was good , The box it came in was undamaged, Great value for money I might add. As for condition of the Item, Just what I was looking for. Appearance of the Item looks great in my office.

  I have to give these people a 10AAAAAAAAAA********** instead of a 5 because they are so quick with dispatch and delivery ,they also sent a letter to say when it was going to be delivered which arrived after the product had been delivered their van driver so very helpful and great communication by message on ebay i cannot praise these enough if i could think of something else good to say i would just outstanding a very big THANK YOU regards john

  the wardrobe came in three packages. all was packed very well. But sadly one of the items was damaged. this was reported to the company and they quickly arranged for a replacement package to be sent out to me. they were efficient and responded to e-mails regarding the issue and deliveries quickly and efficiently
