There was a mixup with the shipping, but I notified the seller and he fixed is right away. Good responsive customer service. Otherwise product delivered on time and as advertised.

After 2 weeks and no product delivered, Summit Specialty refunded my money and a replacement was reordered. Their customer care was terrific. They responded very promptly to my inquiries. They were a pleasure to work with and really cared about resolving my problems and meeting my needs. The replacement arrived early. I'd definitely buy from them again. Next time I need a related item I'll check with them first!

Working with this company was great. Initial delivery never arrived. The people responded generally within the same day. The replacement arrived early. They were a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely buy from them again. I couldn't be happier with their customer support.
