  I have waiting nearly three weeks from r this perishable product to arrive. I now hear it is damaged and will not be delivered. Perishable food items should be delivered immediately and in protective packaging. This item will not be fit for consumption, if it ever arrives.

  The parcel was damaged by MyHermes. Though we use Fragile Tape on all the parcels but still myhermes has damaged at least 8 of our parcels in the last 6 months. We make fresh ghee on every single order and we sent you 2 parcels. We tried to get a hold of hermes many times but their support does not lead to a human. We apologise for any inconvenience but once we send a parcel then it's out of our control. You could leave a negative review if we would have not sent your parcel.
