  Couldn't recommend this seller enough when the item arrived we had duplicate parts so couldn't build it the seller was straight on the case trying to help them luckily we found the missing part taped to the box although in the end there was no issue the seller was more than happy to try resolve the issue 5 star seller and lovely item can't wait for my daughters birthday now 😀

  Honest and trustworthy seller. Evry currier has lost or stolen an item, delivered an empty bag instead. But seller had no objection to issue a quick refund. Thank you.

  The seller knowingly falsely advertised a 75ml product but sent 25ml instead. In messages, they indirectly/inadvertently admitted they were scammers. They seem to use this tactic across lower value products, hoping buyers won’t bother returning them, and then try to remove negative reviews. When confronted, the seller became abusive. Avoid this scam.

  This was not a scam, You were sent the wrong size by accident, offered a return straight away on your message which we are awaiting a return of the item. We have not asked for this feedback to removed and everything in this feedback is a lie. This is not a scam and has never happened with any other product, This feedback is totally unjust and full of lies.
