  The item (padded flute bag, 17 hole) came all the way as indicated, delivered as a mail package. Quite good quality and just what I expected for the price. The package was unharmed and in good condition. No obstacles experienced. Recommendable seller.

  Item arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately the chalks were all broken probably due to very poor handling. Part of the problem Was that the packaging was very soft just a Jiffy bag.Had the packaging been stiffer and the product more secure inside the problem may not have occurred. However the company did respond very well to the problem with good communication and offer a 50% refund which I accepted.

  Item never received as stuck in a consolidation centre somewhere. Raised with the seller, who promptly replied. Unfortunately unable to supply another so initiated a refund. Would not hesitate in buying from again.
