  Item was shipped, but returned from customs and returned to sender. After twice contacting seller, I was told it was "out of stock", and money was refunded. If you are not able to ship to USA, it should be mentioned in post. And, if something is out of stock, how can it be listed on ebay? Isn't that a violation of the terms?
