During transport & delivery, the bottom had popped open & accessories were falling out. However on checking these luckly none were missing. This could have easily been avoided by securely taping the DeWalt box both on top & at base etc. A future learning issue to take on board. The Dewalt item is as described & now registered with a 3-yr warranty on my DeWalt account. Recommended eBay Seller

Only negative was the box only had a bit of tape and three straps added, on delivery the box was very mauled and lucky all parts still in the box and no damage to the strimmer . Would use again.

I realise all the issues around the environment and packaging etc but my last power tool was delivered in only its original Dewalt packaging with Powertoolsmate tape around it. FYI, They do sustain some delivery damage/marks which is not a good look if giving as a present.
