  Difficult situation where package was damaged during delivery. Slightly disappointed that the seller didn’t accept making postage claim as the solution, and suggested I should make the claim. Had to contact EBay for advice to resolve. I proposed that the seller refund an amount and they accepted. Shouldn’t really have been that hard as many messages with avoidance of doing anything. But all in all, a challenging scenario with difficulty for both parties to be mutually be satisfied.

  Everything was excellent... bought the brand new Lego creator 10233 express train for my son he loves it. Iam in the USA we were prepared to wait for weeks. Not true very fast shipping. The packaging was great to very well protected from anything. Thank you
