Connection method, suport issue
II was trying to hook up the soundbar to an AV Receiver. I tried HDMI and optical connections. I learned later that the soundbar was not designed to work with an AVR. It would probably work with an HDMI connection directly to the TV IF my TV had an ARC port.
I can't fault the design, but the support I got from Azatom was horrible. They could have simply replied that it was not designed for the connection method I wanted, but I had to learn that on my own.
The soundbar might be fine, but the support was not.
