  Item was damaged in shipping, but not the sellers fault. Package well but unfortunately was still damaged in transit. Seller was very responsive and as soon as I contacted and sent photos we came to an agreement for a partial refund as other items in the kit I could use. Will do business with seller again. Great customer service! Thank you.

  Of the 19 movies I ordered 4 never arrived (this being one of them). Communication was poor. I don't know if the issue was they didn't have them in stock or just forgotten to be sent. When I notified the seller they did refund me the money promptly but with no communication or explanation, just an ebay email that a refund had been issued (I had to look up what the refund was for). I would rather have had the movies. Now I have to start searching all over again and pay a higher price.
