  Fast dispatch, secure packaging, condition and quality as described/looks. Great value. I took advantage of the 'Buy 3 Get One Free' deal as I'm buying gifts, and I'm so happy I'll be able to treat the recipient to an extra colour. The seller's communication is excellent, I was accidentally sent a wrong size nib set but they sorted it for me with the correct ones sent out in no time. Would shop here again should I need any more POSCA gifts.

  Originally my 1stpackage did not arrive, & because Im in hospital I was unable to track down where it had been delivered. So I messaged the seller and the lovely Deborah sent me a replacement, also putting in a free item as a pick me up. Which has honestly restored my faith in people! She was so kind and understanding. Great customer service. product quality is amazing, which has made my horrible experience in hospital somewhat better. Deborah is a saint. Would order again from this company!!

  Wrong pen sent so disappointed as the pen I ordered helps me to write with my arthritic fingers. They said they would send the correct one right away but it never arrived. If they were out of stock as shown on ebay and didn't have one to send they should have told me. The reason I am giving them positive feedback is because once I asked for a refund that happened within hours plus I gained a pen even if it is the wrong one as they didn't want it back and their email responses were same day!

  first time using this seller, asked for size 10 liner black pens, they sent me 0.1 size pens, contacted seller and they shipped out the size 10 pens the next day. I normally buy my size 0.1 pens from a different seller, they didn't have the size 10, so now I will be buying all my fine liners from this seller as the service was100% as everything was 100%

  This supplier is very reliable. They used Amazon for the delivery and it arrived the next day whereas it was only scheduled to arrive after the weekend. I particularly like the quality of Staedtler Noris Graphite Pencils with Eraser. They arrived in perfect condition packed in a protective blister pack inside a jiffy bag. These 10 packs are good value for money. Staedtler pencils always look smart even when they have been used for a while. Thank you OHC!
