  Ups did not deliver, my parcel was left at a pickup point, which I could not access because I'm housebound. I related this to seller to sort out, as Ebay ask me to do. Not very helpful, as she said phoned Ups they told her they call 3 times, so told her they left it at point, and considered it delivered. Not very experienced so I ended up sending text and emails, to get my parcel, not very happy I had to sort it out, her responsibility! Sent me a nice free gift though.
