    Sadly, even though I don't like giving negative feedback for anyone, but feel I should in the circumstances. My item was promised to be delivered 3-5 days. When it didn't arrive I waited a few more days then contacted the seller. He did not respond to my messages at all. Eventually after three weeks I contacted ebay. A few days later they issued me a refund. It was a month after I purchased this expensive item that I was refunded.It was a very stressful experience all round. No tracking.

    The item received had a different ikea code to the one advertised. Code of item received was 404.803.52 (advertised as 400.476.04). It was in original packaging and arrived on time.

    Item as described. Delay in despatch which was advised. Paid £12 postage for next day delivery but took two weeks due to problems with courier. Seller communication was reasonable throughout.

    The items were exactly as described, new, sealed and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for your assistance acquiring my set of spares for the furniture I love, and making them accessible again when ikea unexpectedly discontinued my favourite. Thanks also for the efficient communication with the addresses and ensuring that the items reached me safely, I sincerely appreciate the extra effort you went to. I am very happy with my purchases. An excellent, smooth transaction! 100% recommended!
