  Unfortunately the buyer was charged Customs Duty even though I had completed the Customs form in such a way as to ensure the value of the parcel was within the 45 Euro Gift allowance. I suspect that sometimes the authorities are hoping people are not aware of the amount of this allowance. I provided the buyer with enough evidence and I hope he can get his money back.
