The guarantee of the Price / Quality ratio is given by the seriousness of the manufacturing company.
There are many products on the market at advantageous prices, but in terms of quality, Dell is a guarantee. I have a 10 year old Dell XPS 17 L702X and I had no problems. Too bad the new economic concepts are destroying real competition for consumerism.
